That is such good idea to use the cookie tray! I’ve heard someone else say they used a big frying pan over the fire too but haven’t tried it ourselves. You’re right, its such a yummy luxury after a long day of exploring

YES!!!! I LOVE THIS! The campfire pizza is on EVERY menu of mine when I take people on camping and canoe trips. It is the greatest luxury, especially on day 2 or 3 of the trip, to whip up some homemade pizza over a fire. We’ve gotten so creative with how we cook these and try to melt the cheese haha. While a dutch oven would be awesome, we often just end up using a cookie tray straight up ovr a grill. If we’re feeling fancy, we’ll throw another cookie tray on top of it to trap the heat a bit haha!

When I go camping I’m always looking for something a little different than burgers and hot dogs. Especially if there note than one night. This is perfect. Looks delicious!!
